I have nothing but positive things to say about Henry’s place. My whole family and I have been taking our cars to him for years and we have never been let down. I recommend him to everyone. BEST mechanic in town!!

My 2004 Trailblazer with 185k miles needed a new transmission after driving cross country. I was fortunate that the tranny went bad while staying with friends in Las Vegas. Being the skeptical New Yorker that I am, I contacted at least 10 shops in the area and each of them except one would not give me a specific maximum that it would cost to rebuild the tranny. That is except Henry. The first contact on the phone, I had the gut instinct that this is the shop I want to deal with. I talked with a few mechanic friends who told me what probably needed to be done and Henry confirmed what they said. Besides coming in at the lowest price (all the others were at least 500.00 more) he sat down with me and explained in full detail what he was going to do and when the tranny was on the bench he took me in and showed me as it was being rebuilt with the new re- designed GM parts. He said it would run better than new with the new parts and he nailed it on the head. I just arrived back in N.Y. and the car handled the drive without a single problem and best of all he came in slightly less than he quoted me!! Henry is an honest mechanic and runs a great shoppe

I’ve been taking my car to Henry and his place for about two years now. They’ve never let me down, and offer good prices compared to other mechanics.
They’re nice people and offer top notch work. You can’t go wrong coming here.

Henry is a breathe of fresh air. I have traveled this country as a union electrician and have plenty of reasons to go to shops for various reasons and with a variety of vehicles (all american owned of course). I have never came across someone so honest and so ready to fix the problem instead of take every dime you have available. He truly took the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly and instead of just wanting to put in a new transmission like a few of the other shops we checked. Thank God we did, because we did not need a new transmission just a 60 dollar sensor. Our transmission is running so well. Everyone else was wanting to put in a new transmission with a price tag of 1,700-2,300. What a huge save and he was very kind and professional. If you have any concerns about being taken advantage of or if the shop will charge you for unnecessary repairs I would suggest you to take your vehicle to these people. I have never seen anyone turn away cash for the sake of honesty and integrity. He helped us with information on how to maintain and avoid damages to our transmission with servicing our transmission on F-250 diesel. I tell you the truth this is the best place I have ever found and hope everything they touch turns to a blessing. After being taken advantage of so terribly by master tech auto on Freemont Street, this has restored the faith that was lost. They charged me 1,000 dollars just to take my car apart and do no repairs and even damaged the new radiator I paid them 500 to put in. Further damage to my engine block and cosmetic damage to paint. I have had to file a small claim against them. Please if you care about your car this shop is the place you want to go.

I had numerous problems with my Hyundai Santa Fe and they fixed them all. The repairs were done even before I thought they would – 3 days. I’m sure at the dealership, it would have taken double the amount of time. I can’t say enough good things about Henry and his team! This is the second time I’ve used their services. I used their services in Oct. 2009, and was just as satisfied. I live on the West side of the Valley now, but don’t mind the 13mi drive because I know I can count on being treated fairly from this company.

Henrys the man! I have an 04 BMW 7 series which had the fuel line crushed. I originally took my car to BMW who told me I needed a fuel pump and didn’t even realize the line had been crushed. After being quoted $1800 to fix the problem I decided to move the car to henrys who was highly recommended by an auto dealer. Henry ended up replacing the fuel pump and fuel line for $1000 less than BMW had quoted me. I was very pleased!! Later I had another problem and had my car towed to the nearest mechanic who tried to get me to replace the fuel pump again. I immediately informed Henry. After having the car towed back to Good Care, Henry found that it was just a minor clamp which he fixed for free under the warranty!! Thank you Good Care transmission for getting my car back on the road! If your looking for an honest mechanic who is not going to charge you an arm and a leg for service Henry would be your best choice.

Read the reviews, anything less that 4 stars is a bogus review!!!!
Had my 97 Lexus LS400 transmission looked at today. Cured all her ills and the black beauty is running like the proud mare that she is.

I’ve always had a good experience at Good Care Transmission. They explain complicated mechanic terms to me well & I always leave satisfied I’ve been going with them for the past three years & don’t see myself going anywhere else any time soon.

The proprietors of Good Care Transmission, Henry (actually Han) and his wife Anh-Thu Tu, obviously write integrity with capital letters. You can’t find better people in Las Vegas, period! Moreover, Good Care Transmissions is not solely a transmission repair and rebuilding shop. The people at this facility are probably the most knowledgeable and talented automobile mechanics within this area. They work quickly and efficiently and will resolve engine, transmission, chassis and drive train problems that most dealership service departments will eloquently sweep under the rug — for a customarily outrageous labor cost, of course.
I own a classic Mercedes-Benz and live in Texas. Not only did Henry and his crew successfully rebuild my car’s automatic transmission, they also tackled and quickly resolved complex problems that a number of shops under the auspices of MB North America failed to recognize and address.
To cut a long story short, here is a small business and highly motivated people working together as a team that in my opinion performs the highest quality of work while maintaining the best possible pricing. Therefore, they also deserve my uppermost commendation.

Our family was traveling from California heading east when our transmission stopped shifting into high gear around the CA/NV border. We limped into Las Vegas and found this shop as a referral from an auto parts store. Our fear was that they would gouge us on the price because we were obviously in a real pickle. Henry was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem, made just the repairs necessary with no other “oh, we found this, too” tactics, charged us a fair price and had us back on the road in less than two hours. It’s been a month now and the car has not had any additional problems. What an excellent experience for our family. I highly recommend Good Care Transmission!
